Sunset Holiday Villas are modern, self-contained two bedroom units.

The main bedroom in each unit contains a generous queen size bed.

The second bedroom has two single beds.

The living room sofas can be used to extend the sleeping accommodation to six visitors.

Self Catering

The units have a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. Supplies are available seven days a week from the shop in Arthur River.

Each Villa has an Open Plan Kitchen/Living Area with Views of the River and Ocean

Balcony Views

Both units have stunning views of the Arthur River and ocean coast line.

Facilities

A laundry with washing machine and drier is provided for the convenience of our guests.

Guests share access to a local phone located to the rear of the units. This phone can be used to contact our Manager, our Housekeeper and friendly neighbours in case of security or first aid concerns.
